Scathe Sweatpants

A balloon-shaped trouser cut from heavyweight cotton french terry in marl grey. The panelled construction sculpts a pronounced volume through the hip and thigh. Two oversized curved patch pockets sit at the front, mirrored at the back, giving the trouser a western sensibility that cuts against the softness of the fabric. A structured waistband with belt loops treats the terry as a suiting material, taking a fabric almost exclusively associated with sportswear and holding it to the standards of a tailored trouser. A YKK button fly closes at the centre front. The leg pools generously at the ankle. Finished with white topstitching throughout that traces and reinforces the panelled construction.
