How long does shipping take?

Each brand on our marketplace has different shipping times and costs.

All shipping information is displayed on each product page and is also displayed in your cart.

International Shipping

International orders [orders placed outside of the United States] can take up to 8 weeks to ship.

International orders cannot be canceled for any reason once they have been placed.

What does [PRE-ORDER] mean?

Items that are noted as [PRE-ORDER] are handmade-to-order by the brand. If you see this tag on an item, it typically means that you will have to wait longer for that item to ship to you.

The exact shipping time will be noted on the product page and is also displayed in your cart.

Has my order shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Please note that each brand on our marketplace has different shipping times and costs. Some brands can take up to 3 weeks to ship since their items are handmade-to-order.
