Processing & Shipping Times

Shipping times and costs vary by brand on our marketplace.
All applicable shipping information is displayed on each product page and again at checkout.

Some items are handmade or made-to-order and may take up to 3 weeks to ship. Estimated shipping timelines are provided on the product page.

International Shipping

International orders (orders placed outside of the United States) may take up to 8 weeks to ship, depending on the brand, destination, and customs processing.

Once an international order has been placed, it cannot be canceled for any reason.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) unless otherwise stated.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Shipments

If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to unpaid duties or taxes:

  • The order is not eligible for a refund

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Any return shipping, customs fees, or carrier charges incurred will not be covered by us

If return or customs-related costs equal or exceed the value of the order, no refund will be issued.

Packages that are abandoned, destroyed, or not returned to us by the carrier or customs authorities due to unpaid duties are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for all applicable import duties, taxes, and fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that shipping timelines vary by brand. If your order has exceeded the estimated shipping time listed on the product page, please contact us at support@lowheads.com, and we will investigate the delay.
