Late Shipping
Lowheads protects shoppers with Lowheads Buyer Protection.
All products that do not have an active tracking number by the disclosed Ship Within section [+1 additional week of lead time] of their respective product descriptions are eligible for a full refund of the product purchase price upon customer request.
Misleading Representation
All products that do not match their respective product description or displayed photos are eligible for a full refund of the product purchase price.
Photo evidence is required and a dispute must be opened within 10 days of the arrival date.
Damaged Or Lost
All packages that arrive damaged in transit are eligible for a full refund of the product purchase price. Photo evidence is required and a dispute must be opened within 10 days of the arrival date.
Tracking information must support any lost package claims, and the customer must open a dispute within 90 days of the original shipment date. A refund will be issued if the package cannot be found within a reasonable timeframe. Lowheads does not cover packages that may be lost or stolen if the tracking number has confirmed successful delivery.
Size Exchanges
Orders are eligible for size exchanges as long as the product and the requested new size are available on Lowheads. The product being returned must be in "as new" condition with original tags.
The customer is responsible for a $5 return shipping cost. The customer must request a size exchange within 10 days of the product delivery date.
All size exchanges are protected by the Lowheads Buyer Protection policy and Lowheads will cover the cost of shipping for the new size. In the event a replacement size is no longer available or the product is no longer in stock on Lowheads, the sale will be made final.
