This sweater features a remarkably tight fit which was intended for personal use. Hence, it is called the Straight Jacket. It can only be worn by very skinny individuals. The garment is primarily constructed from two pairs of dress pants and two XXL white tee shirts. Off-white and black dress pants were cut and sewn into stripes, layered over soft white tee cotton. The stripes are thick, irregular and asymmetrical, creating an avant-garde pattern of only eight broad strokes across the torso. Because of the low elasticity of dress pants, the jacket does not stretch and assumes a fairly rigid form, adding to the Straight Jacket aesthetic. However, it is fairly comfortable and snug to the proper body type. At the waist, the sweater displays in the front a checkered pattern on its lowermost stripe, and in the back has three cargo straps with pale yellow accents. The collar has similar pale yellow accents, and is primarily made of soft black cotton.
