Inspired by vintage WW2 kapok life vest, this 1/1 denim shirt is hand made 100% from scratch. Each panel was created and sewn using vintage levi’s, lee, wrangler, and g-nine denim. After the sewing process, the shirt was dyed brown for a cohesive tint. Next, an olive green waist band was added to the hem of the shirt. Lastly, yellow yarn was carefully hand stitched into the left shoulder and right side seams to contrast the brown tint. The garment is heavyweight and lined with brown denim, it includes a puffer collar with puffed sleeves. Overall this shirt is a masterpiece, and there were countless hours spent creating it. It has a box fit with 2 functional cargo pockets and 3 tie closures.
